Producer
The Producer role at Meteor is primarily responsible for managing the product development team and supporting development
from concept to release. Responsibilities include scheduling, tracking development, and ensuring team
deliverables are met in a timely manner at high quality.

Key Duties:
- Manage the execution of the game development process to produce high quality games.
- Work with development team(s) to define and meet project deadlines.
- Accountable for creating and maintaining project plans and schedules. Managing project resources and needs to meet production schedules.
- Ensure all necessary project documentation is complete and up-to-date.
- Forecast equipment and staffing needs for projects.
- Establish and maintain a productive and communicative working environment
- Collaborate with Engineering, Art, and Design leads to produce individual performance feedback for team members.
- Identify and resolve conflicts between schedule, and design goals.
- Recommend and implement new processes where efficiencies are needed to improve on-time delivery.
- 3+ years of videogame production experience on at least two major titles a must(Producer level)
- Experience leading at least two development teams (internal or external).
- Good comprehension of all aspects of multimedia / game production (graphics, design, programming, audio/video and QA).
- Ability to juggle multiple projects with short timelines.
- Proven management experience including: employee selection, employee development, performance management, conflict resolution, team facilitation, motivation and recognition, budgeting, project planning and organizational skills
- Track record of project execution: completing and shipping quality games on time and on budget
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
Plus:
- Comprehensive knowledge of one or more game genres a plus - competitive products, demographics, market preferences and biases, etc.
- Prior game design experience

Data Analyst
The Data Analyst will track revenue and purchasing trends for each of our games and provide
measurable analyses based on this data. This position is a metrics-driven role and will be responsible for
helping define the product roadmap and improving viral performance of our games.

Flash UI Designer
This position's responsibilities include working with the game art and design departments creating UI assets for our
flash games and corporate web site, as well as any additional graphics we may require, including merchandise,
clothing and print products.
